Easily set up your Touch Coffee Smart Bar with our step-by-step guide and support, ensuring a quick and seamless launch.
Important!
When your Smart Bar arrives, please follow our video instruction for unpacking and check that everything is intact and in place. We’d really appreciate it if you could record a quick video of the unpacking process—especially when you take out the lightbox and coffee machine—just to make sure everything is in perfect condition. This helps us ensure everything is as it should be, as we can’t be responsible for any damages without the video.

1.Unzip the archive and create a folder on your computer with all the extracted files.
2.Copy all files from the folder to a USB drive (maximum size: 32GB).
3.Insert the USB stick into the port located on the back side of the coffee machine door.

Cable for data connection
To switch the Nayax readers from SIM to Ethernet, follow these steps:
1 . Remove the SIM Card
Begin by removing the SIM card from the reader.
2. Connect the Ethernet Extension Cable
Attach the Ethernet extension cable (RJ11 male to RJ45 female) from Nayax. Connect the RJ11 end to the Ethernet port on the back of the reader, and then connect the RJ45 end to the Ethernet line.
3. Extension Cable Requirement
Note: The Ethernet port on the reader may be small, so using this extension cable allows a standard Ethernet line to connect fully and securely.
4. Once the sim card is removed and the reader is hooked up to the ethernet line, we need to change the communication mode in Nayax to Ethernet Listen Socket. (image above)
The Nayax readers are tap-only for online payments. Swipe is not supported in Canada, and insert is unavailable as PIN entry is not possible.
The readers accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Android Pay, Apple Pay, and more, but they do not accept American Express.

To set up an NFC card that allows free drink access:
Purchase NFC cards with a 13.56 MHz frequency.
You can buy compatible cards, for example, on Amazon:

Tap the NFC card on one of your machines and attempt a transaction.
This will trigger an error log in Nayax, where the card’s ID will be recorded.
Once the transaction attempt appears in Nayax under “Event Logs”, follow the steps shown in the instructional video to assign the card for free use.
